    if i had to choose 1 i would go with the Gator.

    maybe elk 2nd.

    i would not be thrilled about eating a rabit or squirel.

    Elk for sure, eat it as jerky all the time. Gator is also good fried. deep fried in some peanut oil the cajun way.

    Rabbit is really good, no matter how you cook it.

    I think it's either 3rd or 4th worldwide as far as what kind of meat people eat. Chicken is #1 by far, then duck, then I think rabbit. Pork and beef are further down.

    Tame rabbit is the way to go. Does not get any more tender. Smoked is the best. Those tenderloins are unreal. Wild rabbit is much tougher. Gator tail is a not too distant second. Fried is the way to go here. Nothing wrong with elk either.

    gator is pretty good LULU's bait shack in ft Lauderdale has some good gator.... Brazilian BBQ spots have awesome roasted rabbit thinking about makes me want to go today.

    Rabbit, mediocre, not worth the work.

    Elk, only had jerky, never fresh meat.
