    Diversity is a good thing, Buzzy. Take my meal tonight: Spinach salad with pinenuts, Texas pecans, sliced hard-boiled eggs and topped with a hot bacon dressing. Went with the redfish for my entree, blackened, with the restaurant's version of a 'bayou topping' which was a creamy, garlic crawfish mix. Dirty rice on the side and as is customary for me on Friday evenings, two slightly dirty, slightly dry vodka martini's. Sitting across from me was my Long Island liberal Dago wife, the server was Asian, probably Viet-Tex, bartender was a white college-aged stoner and the place is managed by a bald gay dude. Diversity.
