I added a Washington Post article on this same subject so people wouldn't just brush this off as a Foxnews story. This program is working, and getting minority children opportunities they didn't have before. Parents have to volunteer for this program. Its not forced on them. Why would the feds be so threatened by this? Brittany Moreno might have said it best, "If black kids get an education outside of the democrat's plantation schools, they would soon learn what the democrats have done to them, and the consequences would not be pretty. Democrats need to keep them poor, stupid, and firmly rooted on the plantation until it is time again to harvest their votes again."

well if you would simply refer to your democratic hierarchy, unions are clearly at the top of the food chain. i often wonder how it goes between people that cross multiple victim groups, like who ranks higher, the black senior citizen or the illegal alien lesbian.
