California doesn't have the loophole in the Tribal gambling laws that Zona had.

Zona tribes were given power over the types of gambling that occurs in their casinos, and they could expand without public voting.

In California, the tribes have jurisdiction over all the gambling, including sports and they have the influence and power to kill any bill before it comes to the floor for a vote.

Here in Connecticut the tribes have a stranglehold on all things gambling in the state brick and mortar and online.

o. I like the South Carolina MoneyLine at +105.
o. Trying to figure out the Iowa/Iowa State game. Initially liked State, but starting to come back to Iowa. I _think_ public money will push this towards Iowa, but not sure. Iowa had a very deceiving win on Saturday vs Indiana and ISU "struggled" with Northern Iowa in week 1. ISU normally struggles early in the season and the Iowa offense was not very good vs Indiana, despite the scoreboard.

o. I'm Keeping an eye on Notre Dame, currently -16.5.
o. Watching Buffalo, if you can catch them at 14 or higher, I kind of like that
o. Keeping an eye on Arkansas vs Texas, if it gets to 7 or higher where I'm at I like Arkansas.

Thanks for the insights. Not following the last part. I thought that AZ tribes and places in other states partner with companies like Caesars, Draftkings, etc who set the lines. Why can't the CA tribes just partner with companies who are already dialed in and dealing Vegas lines? I guess I am clueless how it all works, who takes on the risk, how is the money shared, where the lines comes from, how to win at sports betting, etc.

I think I understand, the tribes can't just google the Vegas lines and deal them like joe schmoe at the local tavern. Originators' have ownership over their lines in legal gambling markets and wouldn't just give away their lines for free probably.

What if those are just actors pretending to play instruments for the video recording?
