    I think the photo is fake, but the technology is definitely possible. I highly doubt that the Government would release such a photo of their "real" technology. Or maybe they are just using the photo as a scare tactic to get people to clean up their act.

    I like how whomever made this used a watch battery right in the center of it. This would be much too heavy for those little wings to lift off of the ground, much less maneuver about.
