Anyone need nutrition advice? Exercise tips? A hug? Let me know....

I have been educated with both my left and right brain on several topics. I healed a medical condition (personally) that doctors in the west are unable (or refuse to) heal. I have rehabilitated my left shoulder after 15 years of improperly lifting weights and have 30-40%more range of motion than I did only 6 months ago, and I have also improved my endurance and cardio by over 250% in the last few months. I could only run about 3/4 of a mile a few months ago, and now I can run 5. I could barely even run 2 miles as a teenager when I wrestled and I was in the best shape of my life...

Anyways, any questions about medical, emotional, or spiritual health, I am here for you.

I wish all of you well with your health and may your bets cash!

Alright I got a couple questions for you.
    1) After coming back from Mexico, like 5 hours after I got off the plane my ear was killing me, inner ear felt, swollen, hearing was never affected but I was almost dizzy it was such a weird feeling. Don't know if it was pressure change, water in my ear, or combo of both, but its been about 4 days, and its still bugging me. Any suggestions?

    2) For golf I have to keep my legs fresh, increase endurance so my legs don't get tired towards the end of the round. Would sprints, hills, or long jogs be the most beneficial for me?
    Thanks.

Thanks for responding to my thread. I'd suggest several things. However, are you still feeling dizzy? Where is the pain? On the exterior of your head or does it feel like a headache?

Drink lots of water, eat some fruits and vegetables just to clean our your system...just an orange, blackberries, or rasberries, pomegranates, cranberries, as far as veggies, some spinach (instead of lettuce for salad). Also, green peppers, tomatoes or cucumbers in your salad will clean your system and you'll crap a lot of waste.

You don't even have to substitute a meal with a salad, just eat the salad before or after your meal to "wash down" the rest of the food you ate.

Anyways, for golf I would recommend several things:

STRETCH: Everyone should stretch, but especially for golf. Take your time, wait for your muscles to slowly warm up and relax. Stretch your hamstrings, quads, gluts, calfs, groin, and all the major muscles in your arms and core. BEFORE AND AFTER FOR MAXIMUM IMPROVEMENT. I'd REALLY recommend a foam roller. Those things work like magic IF YOU USE IT correctly. Also, I recommend "searching" your body for physical weakness or tightness. If your forearm, bicep, core, tricep, or hamstring is weak, it will affect your technique/form and you won't hit as accurately as you would like. Use these tips, think positive thoughts, and I FREAKING guarantee you'll improve.
When I say stretch, I mean dynamic and static. Stand on one foot with your knee at 90 degrees and move your knee counterclockwise and clockwise to warm them up. Be creative. Your body is whatever you want it to be and you can heal it naturally in almost all cases. I hope this helped and I hope things work out for you.

    Love and light to all

I've got a trainer for golf. Doing lots of the stuff you mentioned, especially the foam roller. So good advice there.

And dizziness gone, just a nagging discomfort in the ear, no headache, it feels like my ear canal is wider than usual (its not, but it feels like I could put my thumb straight thru to my brain). Occasionally I'll get a crackling/swooshing sound in there like there is water in it. But normally I know when I get water in my ears and this is different (I think).
    Thanks for the help.

I think I had a similar issue a few years ago...Do you use q-tips? In the past, I did, and I went to work inside my ear and it widened the gap in my earhole and I used to hear things in my left ear...almost like there's an echo or humming sound...BIG MISTAKE.... Do you put anything INSIDE YOUR EARS? Headphones? Wet willies (just kidding), If you do, definitely stop that. Do you crack your jaw? If not, I don't know what it is. Maybe try and avoid sleeping on that ear? Not sure. Hopefully what I said helps...I wish you well...

Haven't used in ear headphones or stuck anything in my ear for a while. If it doesn't go away in a week or so I'll go see a doctor. Hope you keep improving your fitness level at the rate you have, that's impressive.

My last suggestion (because I hate quitting anything) would be to meditate. Go to youtube and simply type in frequency meditation or pineal gland meditation/activation. LET IT GO...that's the idea of meditation...it will NATURALLY let your stress go and should clear up any pathway for positive or negative energy. Breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth. Even if it's only 5-8 mins...get some fresh air, or think if there's been something bothering you (something on your mind that has been stressing you out). Either let it go or do something about it! Don't dwell on it. If there's something you can't control, it makes no sense to "fight" it.

I hope that link helps and I hope you feel better. Take your time. It won't happen over night. Another piece of advice...you guys can call me crazy if you want, but I REALLY REALLY RECOMMEND eating fruits of vegetables of different colors. Yellows, oranges, reds, blueberries, blackberries, rasberries, and peppers of all colors PREVENT CANCER FROM DEVELOPING.

Cut that crap out. What do you need pork for? In EVERYTHING? Do you want to enjoy the taste of bacon for 5 seconds or do you want to pee without pain? It's your choice. I can give you advice, but I can't eat your food for you. DO YOUR BODY RIGHT AND IT WILL LOVE YOU BACK. Give it a chance. I hope you seriously change your lifestyle or your problems will only get worse. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND some type of cardio to make you sweat out some of that bacon. Stay mentally strong! I wish you well. Stay positive my brother.

LOVE, LIGHT AND PEACE TO ALL!

You're gonna laugh, but honestly, I had to think inside and outside the box. I began a vegan-minded philosophy. I bought organic fruits and vegetables, almonds, nuts (not salted), and began drinking orange juice and water only (and almond milk). I still eat meat, but only once or twice a week, I exchanged regular milk for almond and/or soy milk, and honestly, I now CRAVE healthy food. Laugh if you want, but it's true. I went from 17% body fat to 11% in 3 months. Be patient! Build your endurance daily and challenge yourself.

Try new things and treat yourself. Let negative thoughts go. Don't worry about the past or future. You can't control EITHER...you can only BE HERE NOW, so just relax, smile, and laugh it off.

FOCUS ON BREATHING....IN THRU THE NOSE, OUT THRU THE MOUTH....OXYGEN CIRCULATION IS KEY to reducing stress, and it also makes exercise much easier.

I listen to quality music when I run to keep me motivated (took months to perfect my 750 song playlist), and I meditate and smoke marijuana daily as mind and spiritual medicine. Music and mental strength are enhanced while in the state of meditation or marijuana...the melatonin really helps your ability.

If you don't think you can improve mentally or physically on marijuana, ask Nick Diaz, who is gonna fight GSP for the Welterweight championship. You can also ask a majority of creative song writers/producers.

In my opinion, with all of the things that I believe in, BALANCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT KEY TO HAPPINESS IN LIFE!

So, by that logic, in my opinion, it is important to focus on your weaknesses. Not to brag, but I have always been obsessed with sports. As a kid, I was obsessed with being the fastest, and I was. Then at age 12, more athletic football players got faster, so I became obsessed with being stronger so I did hundreds of push-ups and it led me to becoming a superstar wrestler in high school.
Anyways, here's the point...I did so many push-ups that I was stronger than other wrestlers who had better technique and/or endurance. I HATED running, so I often walked some of the 2-3 miles we ran daily, and I gassed out in some HUGE matches. Recently I realized that my strength is what carried me above those with better endurance and technique.

Having realized that I hated running BECAUSE it was my weakness, I recently got over it and pushed myself MENTALLY to run a 5 mile canyon/lake near my house and I felt like I conquered the world.

So here's my challenge to YOU...find your weaknesses....search your body for pain....EVERYONE has a flexibility weakness, a strength weakness, a balance weakness, a muscular endurance weakness, or a cardio weakness...EVERYONE!

So find your weakness and google ideas on how to improve your weaknesses...many of your muscles are atrophied (the muscle cells are FUKING DEAD) so you need to revive them and work them out.

Up until recently I never noticed how damaged my shoulder joint and elbow joints are from push-ups and bench press. Those will KILL YOUR JOINTS. Also, I've rehabbed my torn hamstring, a stiff neck, kinks in my upper back, etc....all naturally without a doctor who will sell you nothing but his own drugs that he makes commission on...

I strongly advise you change your thinking....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try changing your nutrition, and give exercise a try. Just think about how much better you FEEL after eating healthy, not the act of eating itself. Stop banging your head on the brick wall (mentally), take a deep breath and give it a TRY...I'm not giving you unrealistic goals, I'm saying change your attitude and if you like it, continue, if not, try something else...

Dude I exercise frequently and my job involves me being on my feet for 10+ hours a day, thats not the issue. Its the goddamn uric acid. I recently changed my drinking habits from chugging beer to drinking vodka and water, its helped a great deal.

Yes, but she can't if she is on top. C'mon this is common knowledge.

My favorite sex ed question is still "what is the proper way to remove a gerbil from your small intestine?" Our teacher didn't have a clue as to how to answer that one.

stretching is overrated, you really need to know how to do it properly

A good warmup is always better than any stretch.

I bet your a non pro without looking with less than 80 posts and think fat turns to fat and you should do volume weight training.

Look at how jealous TubsofGoo is.

Quick. And this is a serious question. Aside from TTW, has anyone ever seen a personal trainer that was as much a slob as TTW?

I haven't. Not once. Never. He is the world's fattest slob who is pretending to be a personal trainer.

I believe once at an all you can eat buffet, TT accidentally consumed a personal trainer who was in between himself and the breadsticks. His knowledge and size are both partially explained by this horrifying accident.
