Like i said if you do 20 sets as an example only, according to you 19 is not enough and 21 is too much
, otherwise you wouldnt do that certain number of sets.
The stimulus, actually, the one and only stimulus responsible for increasing size and strength is the last rep of a set carried to failure..
You are doing too many sets, too many workouts, just like every retired weight trainer admits too and wish they could start over.
