Attaching a broad definition on a whole ethnicity has zero % chance of being true. On the contrary. A stereotype by definition is... A widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person or thing: "sexual and racial stereotypes" So it does not have to define every individual but merely be an opinion held by many regarding the said group.
