    Day 1: Chest/Tri
    Day 2: Back/Bi
    Day 3: Shoulders/traps
    Day 4: Legs

    Cardio and abs everyday.

    Eat a fukkload of chicken breasts/fish/turkey with brown rice and greens

    You'll be ripped.

    wen i do cardio i lose so much weight but do you do abs everyday like 6 days or just on the 4 you workout
