    Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to love this place. For 6 bucks you could walk in and get a burrito the size of your head loaded with organic toppings for 6 bucks.

Now? Don't even go to the place between 12:15 and 1:15. The line is out the door and even worse sometimes there will be 1 person in line getting 4+ burritos for all their co workers. It's painful watching some fat fck sit there and decide if they want black or pinto beans.

They got CHEAP on toppings. They used to load you with rice, onions and peppers, tomatoes, corn, cheese etc. but now they try and just stack the rice in the middle and pile every on top of it while there is nothing on the side of your bowl! They don't give you a spoon full of corn, the lady scooper will just grab a dab of every topping. They don't even look you in the eye. You have to beg them for more.

I think management told them to be cheap. The recession his everyone hard and they know they can't raise prices so they just try and skimp on all of the ingredients. I used to go there once per week but they place isn't as good as it used to be.

Just ask for extra rice, and go frequently, my roommate and I go all the time and know all the people behind the counter, you've never seen a fuller burrito.

I like Moe's a little better-- they don't charge for guac and give you free chips with whatever you get. Their meat isn't as good, but they have a lot more options for toppings

I hadn't had Moe's til I was in South Carolina last year, I view Moe's more as a Taco Bell substitute then chipotle, if I want ground beef and sour cream, its Moe's, if I want steak and veggies I'm going to chipotle.

All these types of places are ripping you off. Have you actually dissected the ingredients in these things? A 14 year old could make this at home for 1/3 of the price. Same goes for Subway sandwiches.

    Biggest rip offs in America.

Congrats, good for you if you have time to make all these things. I'd much rather pay $3 extra and not have to deal with the hassle of making them myself. Plus, I know what I am getting, I might mess up cooking the steak, then I throw it away and have to go buy food somewhere else anyway.

Qdoba is easily the best of the 3.....Quesadilas and chips and salsa are awesome there too

Chipotle and Moes are both ok......I actually think the burritos are pretty similar and not bad overall. Chips and salsa from both places are pretty shitty though

I go to local places more so for Mexican and Baja food anyway....

Chipotle is a lot better than Qdoba. Only go to these places when I don't have a better(known) taqueria out.

Don't love watching them place the ingredients in my burrito, especially when they skimp, especially when it's the steak.

Oh no you didn't, the chips from chipotle and GUAC are the best out there, chips are so salty. Maybe I have to give Qdoba a try, always thought of it as second rate.

piada is awesome but slow as heck compared to chipotle. Some real unique food though.

Chipotle's guac isn't good or bad, at least my locations, it is bland. Never enough cumin in there.

yes, the burritos and bowls are $8 for steak and $7.65 for chicken here in Maryland....and they do skimp on the ingredients...especially the meat!...screw them!...I have authentic Mexican restaurants in my area where I can get wholesome food with better ingredients and quality for less money!!...Definitely more bang for your buck!...

If you flirt with the counter girls you get extra chicken in your burritos for free.

At least at the Chipotle here where I live.

If your going to Chipotle almost anytime during peak hours, Lunch, Dinner or late night some places.
We always order ahead, just download that app on your phone.
    And place your order.
We give them at least 15 min and when we get there walk right to the cashier even if we are eating there.
And if its not ready they make it next, no waiting in that line.

also if you order a bowl you're more than likely to get more food, just human nature to fill the bowl. Plus their burrito wrap has a ridiculous amount of calories in it.

Which reminds me of those people who get their burritos double wrapped, crazy.

When you order a bowl, we always ask for a free flour tortilla on the side.
Then you can make your own and still have some left over

simply no.....the steak and chicken is off the grill maybe 15 mins when they are busy..for 7-10$ ill save the trouble of-cooking the steak-and buying everything to put it together ---You cant make it cheaper at the store unless you buy bulk and eat Mexican for the next 2 months..

DONOT spend money on chipotle..... THEY use the UNWANTED MEATS from SHOPHOUSE KITCHEN and VICE VERSA. SHOPHOUSE is owned by CHIPOTLE. ITEMS are not organic I once ate CHIPOTLE and asked for corn in my burrito. NOTE I didnt eat corn for over 5 months before I had CHIPOTLE. WHEN I GO FOR A SHIT 1 day later ( IM NOT JOKING 1 DAY AFTER ) I see their (ORGANIC) corn in my SHIT LOG in whole... THATS RIGHT......the CORN I ate a day ago came out my ass the next all in 1 shitting. AND ALSO.... this happened at a MARYLAND location in case you folks travel round these parts dont eat there... Qdoba much better and if you want mexican/hispanic foods just go to your local restaurant and enjoy a real meal with REAL meats. Price may be a bit higher but definately worth it .
