Another example of pig brutality caught on tape: St. Paul MN

Creatures in police uniforms flex "muscle" against defenseless men.

It's the norm for pigs to be pigs...

Too many don't bother to go though the legal avenues to combat against pig brutality, that's why the pigs keep doing it. Promoting our civil rights against a ever growing police state is a battle that must be fought on all fronts. This is what a lawyer told me to do when the pig assault us:

    After the pigs release you:

    1. Document all injuries. Start a journal and make entries about everything you can remember, pictures of injuries, go see a doctor so they can document as well.

    2. First avenue of complaint is to complain at the pig department level. In canada in would be to the professional standards branch or whatever it's called in your area, in states it is internal affairs I think. Just call the pig station and ask them where complaints against them are directed to - then write a complaint to them and remember to follow up and follow though with this whole process even though they will most likely try to discredit you. Remember, these are pigs investigating pigs, so expect them to do everything they can to make you give up your complaint - when you give up the pigs win by default. This step is important when you get to the lawsuit stage, the judge will want to see that you took every avenue of complaint, plus your complaint will at the very least waste the pigs time by forcing them to spend hours writing up a report to explain to their superiors what happened.

    3. Write to members of government. The more people that do this the better. Even if the government loves pigs, if enough people show that they will only vote in people that are strongly against pig brutality, it will encourage members of government to make changes.

    4. Contact the media, they might be interested in the story and it will help get more people to help write complaint and letters too.

    5. Support for and only vote for candidates that strongly support civil rights and are strongly and actively opposed to pig brutality and the obscene amount of waste it is to keep funding pig brutality with our tax dollars. If you don't know which parties to vote for, look it up on wikipedia - libertarian parties usually are best for civil rights.

    6. Finally, shop around for a lawyer to take your case on a contingency basis. That means they don't charge you up front to sue the pigs, they take a cut from you when you win the case in court. If you have the money to pay up front, they by all means do it, but for most people they can't afford to pay a lawyer up front. Don't give up shopping around for a lawyer you have confidence in, many might not want to take your case on contingency - but since there are so many lawyers out there there eventually will be one that will do it.

    7. Don't give up, and follow up and follow though with everything, that means keeping track of all your complaint and what needs to be done to keep up with the complaints - if you neglect the complaint after you file them, the pigs will use the excuse that you abandoned or gave up on your complaint if they don't get replies to their letters. Then the pigs will win by default, so follow up and follow though.
