Argh..parking tickets...been getting tickets for street cleaning/hydrants
yet I DON't PARK MY CAR where they say I did..Just got my second FAKE/FORGED ticket in less than two weeks? Not only that, I just spent 400 on the veterinarian bill..so I'm pissed about extra bills. How can I prove my city is trying to scheme me? I'm in NYC btw.I'm not made out of money.
