    Anyone interested in fantasy football?

Got a league and we're considering expanding from 14 to 16 teams. It's 100 bucks per team. Message me if your interested. You'll pay your league fee through paypal, draft is online on ESPN the 28th of this month.

    Here's our constitution:

    I. TEAMS AND ROSTERS
1.1. There will be 14 Owners and One (1) Division.
1.2. Each roster will consist of a maximum of 13 active NFL players (also 1 IR spot will be available). The roster limitations for position players are as follows: 2 QB's, 6 RB's, 7 WR's, 3 TE's, 2 DEF, 2 K.
1.3. Lineups will lock five minutes before each player’s respective games. Rosters shall include (Maximum number allowed at each position per roster):
    1 Quarterback
    2 Running Back/Wide Receiver
    2 Wide Receiver/Tight End
    1 RB/WR/TE aka FLEX
    1 Kicker
    1 DEF/Special Teams
    5 Reserves (any position)
    --13 positions 8 starters

    II. SCHEDULE and SEASON
2.1 The league will have a 14 game regular season. Everyone will play eachother 1 time and the top 8 seeds will make the playoffs.
2.2 The playoffs (8 teams) will be on weeks 15-17 (3 rounds) One week per round with the playoff seeding tie-breaker being H2H record. If for some off reason a playoff game ends in a tie then we will break down each starters yardage on a fractional scale to determine a true winner. If that system yields unlikely another tie then the higher seed will advance to the next round.

    III. DRAFT
3.1 The draft will be an Auction style draft on ESPN.
3.2 Team Owners take turns nominating players from an available pool. Instead of selecting a player outright, each Team Owner will take turns selecting a player to go up for auction. Once the player is nominated for auction, the bidding begins. Team Owners are free to bid however much they feel that particular player is worth (predicted value is only a guide). Bidding continues until there is a single remaining high bid. At that point the player is awarded to the team of the highest bidder, and the bid amount is deducted from the Team Owner's funds. This process repeats until every team's roster is filled.
3.3 Team Owners have a fixed budget (200 fantasy dollars) to spend on their rosters.
3.4 What makes an Auction draft so unique, fun and challenging is that each Team Owner must juggle player talent consideration, competitive bidding strategy and solid accounting to ensure every roster slot is filled without exceeding one's budget.
3.5 Teams can only bid to a dollar amount which allows them at least $1 for any remaining roster slots. So when the draft first begins, the maximum bid is $186 ($200 - 14 other roster slots). A team's maximum bid is viewable by hovering over the team jerseys. Once the bid max has been reached, the draft app will no longer let you submit a bid; the bid buttons will be grayed out.
3.6 If any position maximum has been reached you can not bid on a player from that position (the system will not allow it - ie only 2 QB's)
3.7 If you open the draft application and take no action, your team will NOT automatically go on Autobid. Rather the draft system thinks you are currently connected and will not make any bids (or nominations) for you. The end result of this will be that your team is completely filled with $1 players (not good!).

    V. TRADES
5.1 All trades must be made in good faith, in spirit of improving your Team in the immediate or near future
5.2 Trades can be voted on by league owners and if there are (3) four or more objections
5.3 The trade deadline is November 21 @ 12pm ET

    VI. ACQUISITION AND WAIVER RULES
6.1 Free Agent Auction Bidding IS the system we are using instead of waivers
6.2 Teams will have a specific budget (100) with which they can make player acquisitions, and all acquisitions will be done in batches one or more times each week.
6.3 If a team would like to add a player, that team will secretly bid a certain amount (minimum bid $1). On the next waiver process day, the team with the highest bid will be awarded the player, and the bid will be subtracted from that team's budget (100).
6.4 There is no season acquisition limit. As long as you have money you can acquire players. When the money is gone so is your ability to land a free agent.
6.5 The acquisition/waiver process days and times are Wed-Sun at 11 am each day
6.6 We WILL observe ESPN's undroppable players list - The Undroppable list is comprised of players ESPN deems too valuable to be dropped and is a feature to prevent collusion and tanking.

    VII. LEAGUE FEES AND PAYOUTS
7.1 League Fee's will be $99 per team and are due in by September 4th. Please pay early though, preferably before the draft. They can be paid via paypal (please attach a note with your name and team name, it will be helpful)
7.2 There will be monies awarded for a few categories as well as for 1st and 2nd place and 3rd place. Since most league award the #1 and #2 seeds with a bye week and this one does not, the reward for finishing in that standing is cash compensation.

    1st Place / League Champion - $ 900.00
    2nd Place / Runner Up - $250.00
    3rd Place - $50
    Best Overall Record (#1 seed) - $99
    2nd Best Record (#2 seed) - $85

Now, of course if we go to 16 the money will get bumped to reflect the 2 new teams.
