    It's whisky if it's from Ireland or Scotland only. If itīs from Louisiana or whatever then it's bourbon.

    Its not scotch if its Irish. They are fairly different, particularly in taste. Not a fan of Irish whisky. Any single malt scotch aged at least 15 years is usually reasonable. I cbf making a list.
