    We have Pella architectural series windows & doors. I've used Pella on hundreds of homes, and they're simply the best.

    Last year there was a tax rebate to entice homeowners to replace their windows with more energy eddfficient ones. I believe that's gone, but still worth checking out.

    I'm a homebuilder and can tell you that it's worth buying the "low-E windows" which are filled with argon gas between the panes. If you are in an area without a lot of trees, you'll notice a trememdous difference in your cooling bills.
