    Do not google search any made up name in a thread by frogsrangers

    THESE ARE FICTITIOUS NAMES USED AS BAIT FOR A GOOGLE BOT.

    Google-bait (alt. Google bait) - (1) [adj.] Use of irrelevant words and/or phrases in text featured on a website at which robots, particularly those belonging to Google; are invited to crawl. (2) [n.] Crap inserted on a robot-friendly web site for the sole purpose of attracting increased hits and/or for the purpose of increasing one's ranking in search results involving said crap. (3) [verb] The act of inserting said crap.

    Link bait (or linkbait) refers to anything on a website that encourages links from other websites. It can include content, online tools, downloads, or anything else that another site owner might find compelling enough to link to. Link bait is important because most search engines use backlinks as a major factor in determining ranking.

    Every time you search these made up names google logs the search and compiles the search infor because you are searching for a make believe entity. They may eventually direct your search to a site that will more likely than not benefit the OP. The backlink is not yet established. He needs more google hits to make it worth his while.

    He is using several names with which you are familiar and quite tired of seeing.

    I don't think this site is dofollow so any backlinks are basically worthless as far as rankings go. Still could bring in some traffic though....
