    Bitch Who Lied About Being Raped Asks The Convicted Man To "Let Bygones Be Bygones"

    A Los Angeles teenager convicted of rape in 2002 has been cleared after his "victim" admitted lying.
    Brian Banks was sentenced to ten years in prison for raping Wanetta Gibson when he was 16 years-old. He entered a 'no contest plea' and served five years.
    Soon after he was released in 2007, Ms Gibson contacted him on facebook with the words "let bygones be bygones". She admitted he was innocent but was concerned she would have to pay back the $1.5m the school gave her in damages at the time.

    That was arrogant of the girl to look him up on Facebook after the incident. I really don't know what to think after hearing this story. Too many loose ends with it. I would think that she would be held accountable somehow for what she did to him. It just seems like nothing will happen, and this guy is not really going to push the issue.

    Chicks are nuts, we all know that. My guess is this nutty chick actually did get raped but is now recanting because she's a nutty chick. Nutty chicks love bad boys. She saying she forgives him, not asking him to forgive her.

    he didnt plead guilty.... he plead no contest... not an admision of guilt... did this on lawyers advise as was told would do 18 months max compared to a possible 41 yrs if found guilty during trial....

    ended up doing 5 yrs i think

    morale of story dont trust lawyers or women!

    If you didn't commit the rape, you plead innocent, no matter what your D-Bag lawyer says. He probably asks you to plead no contest when he knows full well you're guilty. The dumbest inmate in prison knows that much.

    Does anyone who knows the law know why the lawyer told him to plead no contest? I'm willing to bet it has something to do with the lawyer's win-loss record or something. That's the only thing lawyers give a shit about.

    I haven't spent time in a jail but can't see many (rational people anyhow) seeing this a good spot to gamble on when you are facing spending most of your remaining life in one when you getting promises of a relatively quick exit...
