    Im officially entering the biggest loser contest

    I have to make a vid of me on a weight scale.

    I will drive by the dump later and see if its open so i can weigh myself.

    If that fails ill go to wal mart and weight myself, im sure they sale weight scales. I don't believe any go over 300 though.

    I'll do the best i can. Vid will be up around 9 pm. Heading to the gym in about 2 hours.

    No Ryan, I think everyone would be happy to see tt try to get healthy for a month or two.

    No problems at all. Just needs a vid and Lou and I are paying his entry fee. Need to keep every member of the SBR family as healthy and happy as we can

    most scales only go up to 250-300lbs or so.

    Started at 221.5 and have seen 214 but had a rough couple of days so scale says 216.8. Bad habits are a biatch to break. Plan on stepping on the scale at the bash and seeing 199.
