    ok well you said you've seen one of them in person so do you have mutual friends?
    If so you need to start hanging around with those people who chill with them so you can actually talk to the girl...then when they go out you go to the club with them...when you are drunk in the club talk to them and you will be able to tell by how the conversation is going (if they don't brush you off) if you have a shot or not..then bring her home that night or get some #'s and continue from there
