Computer help: Started computer after left in cold

I left my netbook in my COLD car and I took it out and went to start in and have problems. Everything starts up I go to click on myself in the "choose user" screen everything works. After that it keeps loading on the welcome screen way longer then normal then after 30 seconds it goes to the start up screen and everything is black with NO icons...

Also in safe mode the startup screen is the normal blue and I can see the icons.

Spray it with Lysol. Sounds like it got a virus if it's giving you a "cold message".

If got cold enough that moisture formed inside you probably want give it significant amount of time to insure it dried before starting it up again...

use hair dryer, on warm, not blazing hot, and send it through the vents and etc. Take your battery out and do the same, put it back on and then retry. You must take taht battery out and dry it and then put it back on.

nothing is cold when you have 6 layers of fat to warm you

We could send you to Antartica and you would be warm.

This is probably all dumb luck. Either your laptop was about to go or something with the cold to warm messed something up. If its not good in 6 hours...cold is the best environment for electronics. 40 shouldn't really do anything to a computer. But if its a POS who knows.
