    Computers

    What are guys using?

I got a dell laptop, 2 years ago I only use when I go to the bar and use their wireless.

I use a dell tower running Windows Vista, 3-4 years old

Thinking about what I should buy next. Any ideas?

Depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to game, get a quad core comp with windows 7.

I have a full gamer machine, built it myself from newegg.com with $1500....

AMD Phenom II x6 T1090 Black Edition
    8GB Corsair RAM
1GB Diamond Radeon HD (forgot the specific model number)
    1.5Tb HDD
    CoolMaster Blue Neon Case

forgot any other details needed, but all games run at full settings at 60+ FPS... plus handles all my programming software, simply perfect

Running the cheapest refurbished ASPIRE I could find. I don't play video games or anything so it does the job just fine. Got a Dell PC but only gf uses it.
