    get a used car and invest the savings. why put that much money in a depreciating asset?

    Lexus by far is the cheapest to maintain of those 3 and I have had all 3 at one time or another. Always buy one that is 2 or 3 years old with 20-30k miles for nearly half price of a new one.

    I agree. Learned my lesson with an IS350 which is in that range. Luxury cars cost more to maintain and its disgusting when you start to think about retirement, kids college funds, etc. that money could go towards.

    see if you can find a 1996 Geo Metro with the 1.0L. And the FIVE SPEED manual trans. Make sure it's not the 3 speed auto, as those are garbage. It even comes with convertible option. Hoes will be all over you for sure, and the cost of driving will be virtually zero. Win-win.

    I could never spend that much on a new car, get a Toyota Camry, awesome long lasting cars. Also check out the Hertz rent to buy program, you get to drive the car for 3 days before you purchase and their prices are very competitive.
