    Kid next door was telling me that he got stopped by the cops because he was wering a hatchet man t shirt.
    Cops told him Juggalos are considered a gang now and they are running around the city up to no good so he better stop wearing that stuff.

    Another time a friend of his was hanging out at the park with some friends and he had his ICP necklace confiscated by the police.

    Whatever happed to Juggalos just beuing fans of ICP? Now their Bangin???

    Back in the late 80's/early 90's in California a lot of schools banned kids from wearing Raiders gear to school because it was considered gang affiliated.
