where do you order your vitamins, whey, etc

been asked before but about to make an order.

Ordering online is the best option and alot cheaper

    5 pounds of whey
    a multi
    and some focus/energy supplement

got plenty of creatine, oxide, arginine, etc

So many places to order online.

yeh i heard free shipping, but if i mention on forum there that if bb.com is cheapest, they are like its not even close

Which whey do you like the best from ON.

I can't stand choc or cookies cream, vanilla or strawberry for some reason. Never have, plus makes me starve to death after i drink one

Bodybuilding.com gives you gifts if you spend $75 or $100 which is nice.

Curds and whey sounds all exotic, but it was just their term for cottage cheese. Serious.
(If she was alive today, she would have copped it online)

lol at studying to be a personal trainer, its not rocket science, im a personal trainer myself. can't wait till u get certified and start telling people to do 3 sets of 8 to ten crap.

Gaspari products don't have any more fillers than anything else

Bodybuilding.com is where I get all my supplements. The prices are good but not the best but I trust that site and the articles and forums have helped me so much when I started working out I don't mind letting them some money off me

what are you certified in ? Im working on getting certified in every single technique possible

    Kettle Ball Cerfitication

    Battle Ropes Certification

    Suspension Training

    Cross Fit Training

    Dual Core Training

    HIIT Training

    HIT Training

I forgot to add Plyometrics great workouts come from Plyos

I dont give a **** about telling people how many reps to do because that shits boring as hell you need innovative training to get peoples attention and keep them coming back

not just the lame certification you probably have that gets you know where in life. And no there are a boat load of companies that also dont have FILLERS in their prodcuts why do you think companies try and get rid of Gaspari Nutrition stuff because know one likes it and its garbage. Its always one of the cheapest products in the biggest bulk.

Please list your favorites companies so I can tell you every single one is a bad product you dont even need to take whey protein because are bodies as americans eat more protein then we even need. Im only on a weight gainer just because im trying to gain weight but typically protein is overvalued and not needed

and its way more complex then you even no it is. Its a competitive industry where you have to fight for your clients the demand for PTs out here on the West Coast is astronomical but you have to be dam good to get clients to stay with you. And if its crap why are you certified you must love being certified. All you do is complain and talk shit on this forum and do nothing good for people.

If your a personal trainer why are you asking for advice you should know all of this stuff its not rocket science man. You should know this info. But im sure you only get paid $15 an hour as a personal trainer and have maybe 2 clients that come visit you 4 times a month for 1 hour a visit. Thats a lot of money you should made

I don't order online, but i do have a membership at GNC for 20% off all purchases made during the first week of every month. This also applies to online orders, but i live right down the street so i don't bother.

You can get a protein shake at Jamba juice and add another whey protein for $0.50 more.
