Cheerios (whole grain cereal) with skim milk for breakfast is a great breakfast, low in sugar low in fat, its probably the best cereal you can eat and a lot better than the donuts and mcmuffins this porker was engulfing prior and a lot cheaper so he can put that extra money on a game instead of into the walls of his stomach and the comode. If you're training a guy for the Olympics I would say he should eat oatmeal instead but I mean come the **** on this guy is 300 pounds of fat, if he doesnt eat a Big Mac for breakfast hes winning a battle

Alright guys, off to bed. I should be able to make it into the gym tomorrow to do more than what I did today. I will be doing a lot more upper body work than before since my damn thigh still hurts beyond belief. I hope I can get a good stretch going and it will allow me to get back on my horse and run/jog/walk for at least a mile.

Also, when are you guys more interested in having me weigh in? Saturday or Sunday?

Get plenty of stretching done creature. Stretching is the key to building a solid foundation to support your body. You must do breathing exercises as well. Drink lots of water and eat right bro. Good luck today, try not to lollygag and stare at the women too long fukk stick.

if you haven't done so already buy brown rice and sea salt. a serving daily will give you energy plus other benefits. First thing after waking and remembering your dreams drink water. Tie a watermelon to your waist for a hour. If you quit drinking booze totally I will double the points and cash.

no1here, your offer is incredible man. However, I'm 21! It only happens once. There will most certainly be a time where I have a few beers. I definitely have no ambition to get DRUNK anymore, however, I do love the taste of beer. Absolutely, ABSOLUTELY no more hard alcohol for me.

I can swim like a fish, contrary to what many of you may believe. When I was younger my mother made me continue taking swimming lessons (even after I graduated) until my younger brother graduated. Fortunately for me, he was a terrible swimmer and made me go through 3 times lmao.

@robmpink I don't understand exactly what you mean?

@GettingScrilla Yeah bud, I know. Thanks a lot for the information.

Guys I really do appreciate all this feedback, support, help, whatever you wanna call it. It's incredible and really making me push hard. It's hard to not eat an egg with a few strips of bacon for breakfast every day. It's hard to not bring full fat hot dogs to work for lunch every day. And most of all it was an incredible journey going to that buffet at the casino last night. I am still incredibly proud of myself for how well I handled it.

    THANKS!

Can't stay away from this thread! Are you considering changing your diet completely? Have you ever herd of the "Paleo" style of eating. Really not a diet but a life style change. You dont eat anything that is process, only foods, veggies, meats that were available when cave me where around. I have seen people take to this form of selective eating and turn into the incredible hulk...seriously look into it. I know the 1st two weeks or maybe more are painful as your body adjust but after that the fat just melts off of your body. Its pretty incredible. I'd give it a looksy...

I had a solid first day, biked on the stationary and stayed away from meat (can't remember last time I went a day without some type, whether chicken, beef, pork, etc). Only 1 day, but a start.

Try eating Fish and chicken and a lot of broccoli. Get a healthy but small meal in every 2 hours. Try to get at least 1 meal with salmon in it a week, it has good fat in it. Eat only natural peanut butter, and have oatmeal and egg whites with hot sauce for breakfast. Once you eat really clean for a few weeks you forget what good food tastes like and you then begin to eat to feel good not to taste something good. Only drink water or low sodium V8 juice during the day. In the Morning drink black coffee or sugar free tea to get the caffeine to jump start your metabolism, use honey for a sweetener but only lightly. Lift weights and do high reps and forget about trying to bulk up. Work on lean muscle gains and try to do cardio at least 3 or 4 times a week. Don't do too much to start off because you will get discouraged by how hard it is and might not want to try again the next day. Take it one day at a time bud. I am 6'4 240 right now, but I am trying to get down to 215. So we will take a part of this journey together my friend. I respect your honesty. It is hard to publicly post pictures of yourself in a part of your life you're not happy or confident with. Don't let anyone discourage you or tell you it isn't possible. I weighed 265 and got down to 220 by eating properly and lifting weights. Work your legs and your core doing exercises you feel comfortable with. Try doing some pull ups with a chair until you can get some in without the chair. Pull ups, push ups, and crunches are great workouts if you can't make it to the gym. Losing weight and keeping the weight off is a lifestyle change. Cup cakes and doughnuts are very tasty, but they must remain rarities in your life if you want to stay healthy. Good luck man. I hope you reach your goals. If you want to start becoming the you you want to be, then never say I will do it tomorrow when it can be done today.

    CreaturE,
I know where you're coming from as I am 5'10" and checked in at 265 about 4 months ago.

I decided enough was enough and lost 20 pounds in the first month. I got real sick (critically) and lost another 30 pounds as I spent about a month in the hospital and didn't eat anything.

Since coming home, my appetite is nowhere near the same and I have taken off an additional 10 pounds over the past 2 months and I now tip the scales at 205.

The most important thing when it comes to losing weight is to go to bed EVERY NIGHT hungry. Don't eat anything other than carrots/celery within 4-6 hours of going to sleep and the weight will fly off. Spend 30 minutes per day walking at a brisk pace and the weight flys off even faster.

Heres 100 points to get you started and let me know when you hit 250.

    Best of luck to you.

Here's something that will give you a head start:

Buy some tamarind in brick form, they're really cheep from Indian supermarkets. Take a large chunk off the tamarind brick and leave it soaking in distilled water to soften it up, squash it up, get the juices out as much as you can(any which way you can I suppose), then sift it and drink the juice. Don't leave home for the next 6-8 hours.

This is just a start but it's also always good when you've eaten badly.

Andy, you seem like a good guy so I'll be easy here but what you say about eating before bed and going to bed hungry is incorrect. In fact, the opposite is quite true. Any time your body is in starvation mode you begin to conserve fat and lose muscle and it slows metabolism way down. Going to bed hungry and then sleeping 6 hours slows metabolism WAY down. So, the best thing is to eat something before bed with a high protein content. Not eating before bed is just a bad myth.

But more than anything creature is you just gotta WORK hard in the gym. On the weights and cardio. We are very good about over complicating losing weight when in reality it's not that hard. Eat good, NO sugary drinks or sweets, lift hard and be active. Thats it

I never said anything about starvation but simply timing your meals so you don't eat late at night right before you go to sleep.

For example, if you go to bed at 2 a.m., you should have dinner no later than 8 p.m. You're far better off eating first thing in the morning as opposed to late at night shortly before going to sleep.
