My wife has given birth to 2 kids naturally. The last one 5 months ago. She's determined and makes it to the gym regularly. She's also breast feeding which sucks the weight off. Of course we'll have to get a breast lift/augmentation in the future. But as far as below the waist everything is pretty much back to normal.
Any of you guys with dead presidents in your wallet you can forget that shit, thats single guy stuff, now get back to work and pay for those bratty kids and that now disgusting wife of yours to give you uninspired sex after you get done workin 70 hours a week to pay for all their shit
