    any one know how to tune a floyd rose guitar to the solfeggio frequencies

    Don't agree with your "conspiracy" link. A-440 standard is the best tuning for harmonics. Although I do tune down 1/2 step for blues tunes. Stevie Ray Vaughan always tuned down 1/2 step.
