I am only interested in playing points, so when I open up the sbr poker software, and it says buy in $0+$20,does that mean 20 points?

also how frequent are tournies played?
I can see that for non-the greek players ,that the last one was on january 25th.
also under the texas hold em' link, is it minimum 12 points buy in?
