Investigators in Florida said that authorities located a poker player who disappeared on December 29th after leaving a tournament at the Pensacola Greyhound Track. Alabama resident Danny Pulliam is alive and well in California, giving credence to the police's belief that Pulliam was not a missing person but an "adult runaway."
Pulliam's family disagreed and began circulating posters on the Eastern Shore, along Florida's panhandle and in New Orleans. Upon hearing the news, the family issued a statement: "We don’t understand the reasons he had for disappearing. We are all just happy to hear that he’s alive and safe. We hope he gets in touch with us."
