    Full Tilt Withdrawal????

    Been a while since I withdrew from Full Tilt. First time this year actually. Sent my info via fax because if I want a check they need my personal info every time. Whole process has been a nitemare. No response from them for 48 hours. Then I receive a generic email in response to the three I sent stating that if fax was of poor quality a 2nd may need to be sent. But no confirmation that they received my original or that my fax was unreadable. I've dealt with Full Tilt in the past and although there lack of a customer service phone # is annoying, email communication was tolerable and it never took more than 2 days from withdrawal request to get a check out. This has taken 2 days just to get a generic email response and I'm not any farther along than when I sent in the fax. Anybody else been having trouble? when did this process become so difficult??
