3 consecutive misclicks? Maybe floated flop and turn then meant to raise river but misclicked there? Maybe SBR poker is that sad?

As for your hand fold pre or push it. call there pretty gross with your stack.

I think in the small blind calling preflop is not bad, I agree calling anywhere else would be terrible. Not like I will get them to fold preflop if I shove given how short I am, and I definitely don't have a premium hand. I think calling preflop with intention of shoving the flop if I catch anything is a fine play (stop n go of sorts since I'm first to act postflop).

Anyway, this thread was not made to discus the merits of my play, if I played it wrong, not the first nor the last time I will misplay a hand, but I'm really at a loss how that hand could have transpired that way postflop.

No problem with the river bluff bet, only way he can win the pot. The river call worked out but was horrendous at worst, or a misclick at best.

Yesterday 3 pm was a sick day even for SBR. One river suckout after another. I finally just started folding my AJ AQ stuff and watched the carnage. After an hour and half of pure sick stuff I get head up with ATd and the guy shoves his k9off. So of course I am thinking (stupidly), payoff finally for 2 hours work, but of course he flops k9.

But that is nothing compared to the "homer" I got in the last 5k contest. Just prior to the final I have JJ in the BB and it folds around to SB and he shoves all in with 28off. Now of course I am thinking the dude misclicked cause no one bluffs the with 28off all in. Maybe he bets like 2k to see if I have anything or not. You guessed it, he flops the 28 and just like that I was gone. Someone, anyone please explain that? Like me, you know what happened!!

Well obviously this is probably the same player.

But I stopped even worrying about People's play on this site if they are not PROS. NONPROS have no reason to even try or care what happens

When one player has a pair and is up against two under cards, for instance; AA vs. 76, the under cards are in just a little worse shape than the under pair. The pair can be as great as 88% to win the hand and can't be much less than 76%. As a rule of thumb, the two lower cards are about a 4.5 to 1 dog.

I saw AA vs KK again today in my tourney..no way in hell it is 6500-1 as you said yesterday.

Anyone know the odds of AA vs KK on a 9 handed table?

Hah, that's kinda where I was going with that...losing a 4-1 favorite isn't a bad beat or sign of "rigged"

Little under 5%...realizing that it's this common is a key point of development in an aspiring pro's career (or at least it was for me and probably should be!)
