as captain of team world, i guess it is up to me to create this thread. we probably have the hardest job in getting all our time slots filled and in getting everyone the time slot of their choice. i understand if we are unable to fill a time slot we cannot use the same team members to fill in so that would be points lost and a guaranteed last finish.

so i know brad89 asked all of you to check in but i would first like to make sure we have 12 people. so i want all 12 team world members to post that they are good to play from
august 20th - august 22nd. after it is made clear that we have 12 people to play and all have checked in we can go over time slots. it will be difficult to accomodate everyone but hopefully it wont be that bad.

so everyone playing for team world in the ryder cup just make a post. thanks.

still root for the balls flop to win his way in!! lolol as stated above. Brad and I are flexible. I know BL is very tuff time zone problem but will play early or late. brad or I will monitor whats going thru the day and if an emergency arise can switch around with someone if necessary. Nice to see us getting the band back together--we thrive on that team cohesiveness year after year!! lolol I still remember Augustus I think it was 2 years ago flopping a flush to finish off a dude to secure us 2nd place. lololol Sad that that stuff sticks with u!! but hey, the good news is I don't see Bracerman for the Canucks!! got to make it easier for all of us

I forget who it was that was monitoring a typhoon/hurricane bearing down on him and his connection as time slot approached. I was standing by to jump into his slot if it hit him square and it went down. yea, the other teams don't have near the drama we do to get our play in!! lololol

You guys keep talking about replacements... where are you getting the idea anyone but the 12 names that qualified will be allowed to play?

where do you get the idea that replacements are NOT allowed ? let the mods answer before we speculate. i mean if we can only play 8/12 of our time slots then whats the sense ?

So you want the whole team to be at a disadvantage because one guy, unable to schedule his life around SBR Poker, is willing to give up his spot/guaranteed points?

How is it different to a non-pro qualifying or participating in other contests with no intention of becoming a pro before the set deadline?

with respect ds, so we automatically get last place cuz sbr refuses to change format ? if we dont have replacements it is a guaranteed 4th place finish. makes no sense to even play. so cuz of the format world team shouldnt get to play to win ? get outta here guy.
