wEBSITE IS DOWN .....seems like anytime they do a upgrade either poker software goes down or website ......has anybody else heard of this rule they do not allow you to place wagers over the phone

I use to call them downgrades instead of upgrades. Every time there was an "upgrade" the software got worse.
