These 3bet and 4bet videos are nice, but you're going to find yourself in a world of hurt if you don't have a FIRM understanding of ranges and how to play these hands postflop. You start 3betting a laggy player and stationy fish too often with hands like J3s and you're going to find yourself in some pretty tough spots. Quite often, we are not going to be able to build of thousands of hands on a player so we'll be forced to make generalizations. I generally like to use a polarized range with the tighter players and a value range for the looser ones. Unless the table is really good, probably the best thing to do when you're oop and start getting 3 and 4bet by a good player is just move to another table.
