    SBR poker auto-call

Damn software auto-called ... it was not funny before when it happened but was not such a big deal because I lost only a few points

Yeah horja, this has actually happened to me a few times.

I've mentioned this in poker chat, and I *think* to Lou, but at the time I was the only one who had experienced it.

I think it both helped and hurt my overall roll equally but it has definitely happened. Anyone who sat with me during those hands can vouch for me either flipping out for calling something when my hands weren't even near the laptop or apologising for calling something (immediately after I did) that I never would've called - even when I ended up winning the hand. Not sure what causes that.

This will be even less funny if it will happen to someone at the 5/10 table with, let's say, a 2000-3000 points auto-call

Yeah, for sure, right? I'll send this to the Poker Team now to take a look at. Like I said, when I kept experiencing it, I was the only one who had mentioned it so you know when you think maybe it's just you? Even though you actually know it wasn't? Now that someone else has experienced the same thing, maybe they can find something that is causing it to happen.

As always, thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Well ... it would be great if it would be solved by September, in time for the big tourney

If there's something to be fixed, they'll get it sorted immediately. Great group working on SBR Poker.

Our poker tech is reviewing; but after hundreds of thousands of hands, hasn't seen this occur once.

The only auto* behavior checked by default is "auto-check" after a disconnect. Short of a video to confirm, hand history doesn't tell us much. Thanks for the feedback.

I'm pretty sure that Shari and I are not the only ones to have experienced this ... and I doubt anyone will video record their poker sesions so you will probably never going to get that kind of proof

Lou, realistically, I'm not sure how we'll video confirm. It happens when you don't expect it so it's not like we know when to video anything. It's not like our screen glitches before hand or whatever. All of a sudden you just call. One time I was tying my hair in a pony tail and all of a sudden I'd called a hand that I ended up winning on the turn, that I had no intention of calling. It's happened to me a few times. I am positive when I've mentioned it in chat a couple of other posters have said they experienced the same thing so hopefully they'll pop in here and we can piece it together.

The rate of occurrence of these complaints is miniscule in comparison to the amount of daily active poker connections and overall users; so it is incredibly difficult to troubleshoot using the available information. Nevertheless, we are aware of the claims and will keep an eye out, but again, through the thousands of test hands to date, we've yet to see this behavior.

Hopefully the Poker team will find the problem and fix it ... anyway, I can only congratulate SBR's poker team for getting us some nice tourneys and prizes

I don't think it's happened to me, but there have been a few threads on this and at least five users reporting this problem, so I think it's legitimate.

Like others here, I've had the software auto-call, auto-fold and even auto-all in me once so now I guess I can add auto-boot from rebuy tournament.

There are some others as well.
