another Point I like to make is, when I played last year on Team Canada
there was the same kind of day when we nearly swept the Board with
2 days to go and then we seemed to run into a brick wall and let Team
Europe and Team World pass us and we had to settle for 3rd, the only
thing that was a positive was that our Neighbours to the South finished
last. GO GO GO CANADA and this year bring the Trophy Home were it belongs

ireland has been obsessed with me from early on when I played him a lot in the low stakes ring games when I first joined SBR and was building points. I routinely bluffed him and won pots from him constantly (always showing him bluffs); I've even told him that one day I'll win a pot from him when I have the best hand!
Also, early on I eliminated him from a number of tournies so he just has this non-stop hard-on and he can't seem to shake loose from his obsession w/me.

1/2 way there... not looking good for team USA, but I have confidence that this team can turn it around! Plenty of good players on the team, and I'm confident we won't be in 4th at the end of tomorrow.
Big props to Bracerman and Eleuropeano! 2/2 wins is amazing! Especially in this format! Honestly, I feel like it's anyone's game every tourney with plenty of good players representing every team. I think maybe next time, we can switch to 15-30 min blinds at least, to get some more play per match. Plenty of interest, and I gotta say, it's been fun checking on my phone for updates on the matches/scores.
Fun tourney, and hopefully a big darkhorse will be storming back now!!!

It's not like we are playing deep stack poker here. It's a 4 man turbo. Hell, I think I remember 4 man turbos on Stars taking longer then these are. Sigh... I miss Stars. LOL!
