    I don't think Ivey is overated at all. He's just has a gambling problem when it comes to craps and probably other things. At poker he is a beast.

    taking it with a grain of salt. ivey is not overrated as a poker player, the man has 8 bracelets with 8 different games, none in holdem. i think his holdem game is overrated though

    the players all go against each other, but they are kinda a "team". they frequently loan each other money, not this kinda money albeit but its not uncommon.

    Are you guys stupid. Phil Ivey is the best poker player in the world. Why did they give him that loan? Because they know he can pay that back within 1 week if he wanted. Ivey has good credit in the poker world. He didn't pan out as the greatest? I differ. Name a poker player better than Phil Ivey. His stats speak for itself.
