    This is a perfect time of year to go... I went last year on March 15th and it was wonderful! Your dollar will go a long way there! Make sure you do your currency exchange here though... They will get you any way they can... They are poor poor people.

    I don't know why you wouldn't have internet access, most smartphones work worldwide. The last thing I would think about on vacation is betpoints.

    I just turn off my 3g and use the wifi at hotspots. All of the all inclusive places there should have wifi. Have fun.
