    I workout 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week, most of those days are strictly cardio, re: 1200 cal/hr sessions.

    How many of you could beat off for 8 hours a day without stopping? 99% I presume!

    I weight 240 pounds (6 foot 1) and i could do it easily. I run a few times a week.
    I do not lose weight because of boose and food

    The most I have run for was 40 mins and that was boring as hell. I would rather run intervals.

    lulz@everyone here saying easy

    although it does depend how "fast" you classify a jog...i can do 35-45 mins on a treadmill at a reasonable speed without stopping
