    I'm hoping the Astros' are bought by someone who wants to spend money. I know we need to build up the minor league system but I certainly don't want some tight-fisted owner taking over.

    Yeah, the White Sox look pretty good right now. They have a lot of power in the lineup and a few good starting pitchers. Their only question marks look like 3B and the bullpen.

    I'm an Astros fan. And yes unfortunately they will still suck. Unless they find an owner who will pony up on some star players.

    I watched game 5 of the NLCS from 1980 just the other night on MLB Network Astros vs Phillies......what a classic!! still dont know how astros blew a 3 run lead in 8th inning with Ryan on the mound....back then it was best of 5....it was the deciding game.

    I was at game 5 of that series.....I think Pete Rose was their player manager. Still have my ticket. Was right behind home plate in the upper deck. Yeah I still cam't believe the Stros blew that.
