1)Some kind of arbitration committee that can be set up to deal with points stiff issues and grant them the ability to dock points as they are earned (like garnering wages).

Posters with multiple handles do not receive points. If you suspect a ghost account report post to Willie Bee (assuming he is not ghosting Corey B Trotts)

7) Assignment of specific moderators to sub forums and the ability of moderators to create "stickied" threads with the answers to the most common questions asked (for example Poker sticky would have Why this site is not rigged, Basic poker acronyms , basic BR management, starting hand guides, bonus whoring etc.) Moderators do a fine job now but they can't be everything to everyone

9)A concierge service in SBR store which would allow us to contact Sam and ask him for the points requirement for a specific item of our choosing (somewhat what like pokerstars does in its VIP program). This could also serve as an alternative to the suggestion thread
10) A time delay when prices will be raised in the SBR store with an announcement of such so players can react.

12) Points rewards for birthdays and holidays (christmas whatever) and they don't have to be large. Just something that shows loyalty of sbr towards posters.
