they were losing the whole game any way but thinking of 1000's of others that lost

wrong bucs were winning 37 - 33 let houson come down and score to win. houston kicker got hurt so thats why they went for 2. so either way washington was covering unless they made the 2 point conversion.

Vegas has the best cappers in the world nailing it. Many games come down to the opening lines. Blows my mind at times how the spread comes exactly into the play at end of games in all sports!

They actually just knelt the ball at the 2 yard yard line rather than even attempting the 2-pointer because as you correctly pointed, their kicker was hurt and rather than risk a pick or fumble for a 2 point score the other way which could tie the game at 39. Originally Posted by allabout the $$$

They didn’t exactly nail the total. Houston’s running back kicked a 29 yard field goal with 8:48 left to go ahead 33-30. The bucs scored a td with 46 seconds left to go ahead 37-33. Houston scored a td with 6 seconds left to go up 39-37. CJ stroud took a knee on the two point conversion. Very entertaining game.

Old Billy does this mean the Texans can still win the Super Bowl now that they beat the Bucs? And what happens in a year if the Bucs would go 0-16. Would that mean 16 teams or whichever make the playoffs would all have a chance of winning it?

As close as Vegas was on the side, they completely whiffed on the total.
Statistically speaking you expect a certain number of games to be right on the money, while variance wreaks havoc with others. There's nothing magical or mystical about it. It's just math.

no texns aint winnin g the SUER BOWL no rookie QB ever led his team to sb and some had great seasons BIG BEN made playoffs but lost in DIV round
um falcons quater back nown as matty ice made playoffs 1st year won like 12 str8 games never made it to SB all years he was with falcons
even mahoomes 1st year in finals lost to Brady in KC
