This is very possible. We have many local soures, some very inside. So they can't be naming sources for early info like this but the fact of the matter is that some of these guys only have a couple of sources.

Those are the camps of the teams and agents (athletes).

So it's likely one of those two leaked a false report or an early deal that didn't go down.

There simply aren't really other options here. Most fingers in this situation are pointing to the player's camp.
