    A familiar pastime in Las Vegas is whenever these types of things happen mooches gather in sportsbooks after the game hoping people throw away tickets that they think are losers but are actually refunds as some newbs don’t realize the games were reopened under different bet numbers.

    It had nothing to do with being able to play, it was because they didn't want to take emergency services away from the city when they were badly needed.

    What's VERY INTERESTING is that Buffalo will be back in Detroit... same field to play the Lions on Thanksgiving. Might be a huge advantage for the Bills...
