Phil was tricked into doing the part. Nobody explained to him what the lyrics were all about. From what I understand is they, the Meatloaf people, asked him to record his part for Meat Loaf - Paradise By The Dashboard Light Lyrics | AZLyrics.com. Gullible Phil went along with the idea and gave them what they wanted. He was probably more interested in getting paid for it than anything else since the old school dude could only think about his bank account.
Exercise is the important key. If anything walk around the block once or twice. Do some simple calisthenics. Just get off your butt. Knock off some food calories. You may not notice u are losing lbs. but you will notice the most important thing is you are not gaining any.
