The odds for gambling are already stacked against you, but when you add a massive tax% to gambling winnings, you aren't going to make big money. It is not worth whatever money you ultimately make. It's not always so simple when you are actually filing as a gambler thoug GOAT.
Then it can depend on where a lot of business is done.
Easier to hide cash winnings on the strip than a lot of electronic stuff, even offshore. It depends.
But triggering an audit runs deep, all up in the offshore activity. Best to keep all your own records but offshore doesn't mean automatically hidden, noit always, if you are filing as a gambler.

They will take very large limits over counter was letting a high roller bet 30k on 1st Half soccer which is very high for that kind of bet.
I have not seen any bet turned down over counter but app is low currently
