    Yea I don't know what happened to Italy. Their only hope is penalties in my opinion. I think they have a slight edge in penalties actually but Spain may just finish them in ET.

    Yea I honestly didn't think their performance would be so subpar without him. I thought the line was pretty spot on but I guess Spain was the sharp play given Spinazolla was out.

    Having said that, I still think Italy has a slight edge in penalties so if they can survive ET I believe they will advance.

    I have a ticket on denmark at 66-1 so im biased.But if I didnt i still think this game will be close.Maybe denmark scores flrst and england nicks it at the end or wins in extras.I think it may be a classic match.

    If the ref called a penalty on the pitch the VAR can only overturn it (or ask the ref to check the video material) if the ref was clearly wrong without any doubt. If the ref is not clearly wrong it stays as called. That's the rule book.

    But yeah, cheap penalty.
