should've never been hired in the first place

however, they should've waited to fire him until this summer since their 1st rounder next draft is only top 3 protected and he's the perfect tank commander. plus DLo is hurt, so it's another wasted season either way

i'd give Rosas the GM more time, i do think there's some light at the end of the tunnel for this franchise. they just need a new owner now

looks like Rosas is making a solid hire in Finch, the Raps' assistant

The Timberwolves now replace the NFL Browns as the worst franchise in all major sports.

I agree with Orbison with fire the OWNER! Impossible to win with him.
Never, ever going to build into a contender with rookie contracts and minimums.

Not his fault that Anthony Edwards is no Zion. Just the breaks.

Just got done watching the Wolves come back from 21 down against the Knicks and then lose by 4. They could have folded up but they gave a good effort.

Teams that tank on purpose should be fined!

The team has been for sale for 2 years.

It needs to be relocated to Vegas

Also, I think Saunders family owned 10% of Wolves, so Ryan still involved I'm sure.

    nothing to do with coaching

Players win not coaches all sports

A 15 year old kid can coach Nets and win

No fans anyway - this must be a tank job. Amazing that Townes has not pulled an Anthony Davis/James Harden, et al.

    You got that right Goldy.

Earl Weaver, one of the GOAT baseball mangers in an interview once said the difference between a good baseball manager and a bad baseball manager is worth 4 wins (and that's a 162 game schedule) 4 games max he said.

    It's all players that win.

I love my KC Royals, in 2015 (well in all his years as KC manager) Ned Yost would fill out the lineup card, bring it to the umps before the games first pitch and pretty much sit back and let them play.

    My kind of manager.

Hey, I'm big on analytics, but if I was GM, I would tell my dugout manager "it's OK to throw out the stat book and go with your gut sometimes"

He can score and he can rebound. I do not see him as a rim protector or good defender like AD. You and I might be able to out run him for 90 feet???

Coaching is hugely important. Unfortunately the NBA coaching ranks have been filled to the brim with cocksuckers.

Nick Nurse is probably the toughest of the bunch. Tells it like it is.

Even still, a bright coach will put a team over the top in a tight playoff series. A glimmer of hope for any team in the East hoping to beat the Nets.

Nets have defensive flaws, they can be had.
A good team defense (like Utah) can beat them in a seven game set IF:
Guys like Ingles and Clarkson are stroking it and Donovan and Gobert do there thing, because a team like the Jazz can beat the Nets if Harden goes ice cold.

The next time Irving plays defense will be the first time, don't kid yourself Royce can play defense, Gobert is as good as it gets as far as defensive centers go, and contrary to popular belief, Conley plays just fine a defense too.

But if Brooklyn is stroking, you're going to need to score 250 to beat them.

I never heard of a coach that wins without Hall of Famer as it’s not important at all

Bellachek never win the Super Bowl without Brady

Same with Phil Jackson, Pat Riley etc

Utah's in the west! Doubt they meet in the playoffs.

Seems likely the Nets get Drummond. If not him then someone decent that gets cut.

I know Utah is in the west, I was using them as an example.
Won't make the playoffs? Utah has the best record in the NBA, they have a great chance.

    *edit*
I thought you said make the playoffs, instead of Meet.
    That's my bad.
