    Bitcoin

Exchange 1st to get going funded via traditional methods

    Exchanges

    Kracken or Coinbase

Once funded get a blockchain account as your middleman between exchange and books others out there too as wallets google search

Then transfer from your exchange to the wallet and then finally to books

Only use wallets to withdraw and deposit with sportsbooks

It would be so much better if brokers allowed payments with XRP, I only know Easysportbet who accepts it.

Bitcoin is rubbish for actual transactions, XRP transactions are processed within seconds and are basically free.

XRP lost 30% of value in last couple of days, so I wouldn't say that having XRP on hands is good investment at the moment, especially because of the fact that Exchanges are dropping XRP trading.

Where did I talk about investing in XRP? Lol I am talking about making payments to deposit on a betting account, for that XRP is miles better than BTC. Actually BTC is probably the worst of all to make a payment.

If you have the chance one day, try to make a payment with XRP, it's a perfect technology to make transactions.

OK and if no world exchanges are offering XRP -> Fiat, why does it matter that XRP is swifter than BTC?

You are just using it to make a deposit and then your betting account is in $ or euro or whatever, for the withdrawal you do the same, use XRP and convert it to fiat immediately, if XRP is no longer available use ETH for instance which is still much faster than BTC.

You are missing the point - I agree with you that XRP has better transaction times in comparison to BTC; what I am saying is that XRP is in shambles at the moment and exchanges are dropping them.

Exchanges dropping XRP trading means that it will be harder to transfer it to FIAT for both Customer and Operators which further means that it is too high risk to take at the moment. On the other hand, BTC is still very convenient and I would say that you (and others that complain about transition times) can increase the fee for transaction a bit and transaction will reach the receiving party in 30 mins usually.

Actually I bet around 1000-2000€ each game approximately since I'm an arbitrage trader. I make 6-digits a year you mothabakker. Still, I know 15-20$ fee in every transaction will matter a lot at the end of the year..

Used to pay around 3-4$ fee for transactions in the past. As the bitcoin increases so the fees. Even if you're betting 700$ a game, 20$/day makes 7300$ in a year. It's almost equal to a loss of 10 units. People keep staying poor because they overlook small expenses.

Bitcoin definetely not a good option at the moment for traders.
