    Usually people that hue have liver issues. I have seen people that could be in an episode of the Simpsons they are so yellow and waxy.

    when my dad his liver issue he had a yellow tint. luckily they caught it and minimized the damage and the yellow tint disappeared.

    i do think it is bad make up though.
